A complete application consists of one Rental Application Form, one Screening Authorization Form, and an application fee of $20 for each adult that would be part of the household. The $20 fee covers the cost of tenant screening / credit check. We will run the screening only for the applicants we are most likely to accept. If we do not run a credit check, your applicaton fee will be refunded. Completed forms can be scanned (using PDF or JPG format) and e-mailed to info@liveinladds.com or you may fax them to 847-789-4432. The application fee can be sent via Paypal to info@liveinladds.com.
